Does terrorism affect you? It does for some of my friends. Camille has been in London in the last few weeks, and has had to change her methods of getting to and from work a number of times. In part it seems trivialising to talk about the practicalities of dealing with a terrorist attack. What about the people dead and wounded? What about the fear it arises? My response is (more…)

I presented the work from the first half of the my Summer at IIASA today at the Mid-Summer Workshop. My topic was (and is) to identify the usefulness for different pluralistic tools for policy analysis. No I idea what I just said? I thought it would be fun to show a timelapse video of a day at work. This one only covers an hour in ten second intervals (the movie is 10 frames per second), but still, it’s good fun :-)

Amber and Drew's weddingWell, my Swing Dance partner just got married. I was really sad not to make the wedding in Minnesota because of my commitments in Austria, but there are plenty of pictures of the fantastic day here. I miss you all!!!
